Our home is located on Magazine Street in the Lower Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.



All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.



Getting Around:

Our convenient location and safe neighborhood makes this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Lower Garden District while still close to most major sites. We are a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on traffic conditions.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 

-Pets are not allowed at this property. 

-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Incredible stay. The house was so well designed and really nice. Very comfortable beds and great for our group.There is major construction on Magazine, so navigating that with Lyfts was something to consider but that’s just New Orleans! House was superb and easiest check in and check out.
