The location is what makes this place great! Walkable to Pullman and the Pearl. But the apartments themselves were being worked on, there was a plastic tarp outside our window and workers up on a lift painting which made the privacy a bit lacking. The actual apartment also needed some work…remote on main TV didn’t work, linens and towels were worn and pretty stained, and several items were dirty/used (utensils, cobwebs, and the shower). With all these issues I will say the host was very responsive but it didn’t really help. For the discounted price, it was fine but I would not say this is luxury in anyway. We even ended our stay a night early.

Place was great, very well kept together, style was modern. Bed was very comfortable. Catch 22 was the security, my vehicle was towed from the garage. I did have a pass and it was overlooked or taken. You must have key fob to get thru elevators. The bathroom Door is not square or needs to be worked on when you shower it floods the bathroom. Coffee maker cycles then doesn’t produce tea/coffee. All fixable things. Probably better protection of customers would be nice, we are country folk and so we got towed and paid close to 300 dollars for a tow bill. My vehicle was in the garage with tag for 3 days. Removed on the last day, maybe not the owners fault but who would steal a parking permit? Idk, place was clean and welcoming.
