We’re Seth and Jessica, a family of six from Colorado who followed a long-held dream all the way to Costa Rica. After years of imagining a place where our family could slow down, reconnect, and create lasting memories, we finally found — and fell in love with — this home. As parents to four amazing children, we designed and furnished the house with comfort, beauty, and togetherness in mind. Hosting brings us so much joy, and it’s an honor to share our dream home with guests from around the world. We hope it becomes a place where you can relax, celebrate, and make memories of your own.
Why they chose this property
Set on a breathtaking 11-acre estate, our villa is surrounded by lush, thoughtfully preserved Costa Rican landscaping that offers both beauty and privacy. We chose this expansive property for its natural serenity—rolling greenery, mature trees, and open space that allows nature to thrive while creating a peaceful retreat for our guests. The grounds invite you to slow down, listen to the wildlife, and truly experience the magic of Costa Rica, all while enjoying the comfort and seclusion of a private villa. We love that we can see monkeys and parrots and several other animals on our property. And because we have children that range from 20 down to seven we wanted to make sure we were close to a city that could entertain all. 10 minute drive to 3 separate grocery stores and 15 minutes to Tamarindo, this met our vacationing needs. And as guest, you will find there is something to do for everyone whether you choose to stay on the property and hike or go to the beach.
