The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The toaster did not work. Both spas didn't have working jets. The game room needs maintenance badly. Needs new pool cues, ping pong paddles, and a refresh.

The condo was fine. Very nice and clean. we were told there was a lock box with physical key. The lock box was either jammed or we had the wrong code. I noticed an electronic door lock (no mention in the instructions) so I tried the code and it worked. I messaged the host (who responded right away) and was told it was fine to use the electronic code for the stay. Then a stranger opened our door at 10PM looking for another unit. He apologized and nothing happened. I had to wonder since the electronic lock was not mentioned, does the management company Grand Welcome, use the same code for multiple units? SKETCHY. There was only 1 parking pass, a non issue for my stay. The toaster is STILL broken and there were no pot holders. Saying the unit sleeps 4 adults is generous. The sofa sleeper would not accommodate 2 adult humans. Over all the unit is very nice, however, due to safety concerns I would not stay here again.
