Updated efficiency, full kitchen, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, quiet country setting, lots of entertainment, 2 miles to interstate, 5 major ski resorts, 25 minutes from Burlington, 15 minutes from Stowe. Major bicycle off road trails & parks. Hiking to bolton valley, Hunger mt. summit, Pinnacle mt. & Camels hump to name a few. Hikes are within 15 minutes, The rental is a former in law apartment in our home. Separate entrance of course. The unit sleeps 3 , 1 Queen bed ,1 single, will accommodate 4 with a pull out with limited space. For a 4th. adult there is a $25.00 fee. Any questions never hesitate to ask.

Loved the space! Had everything needed (and more!) for a wonderful stay. The location is a short drive from wonderful restaurants and bars but is very quiet and peaceful. We actually saw a fox while driving to it. The coffee and pastries are an extra special touch!

Perfect mountain retreat just outside Waterbury

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy and comfortable studio tucked away in the mountains outside of Waterbury. Great location with easy access to both Waterbury Center and Stowe. A picturesque setting for a peaceful getaway. Our hosts were very kind and helpful and made sure that we were well settled and had all that we needed. A perfect spot for us!

Cozy space!

Perfect guest house

The guest house was perfect very clean and a great location. Bruce and sandy are first class hosts. They went above and beyond and made our visit in Vermont a great experience. Hope to come back one day.

Wonderful home base

Mountain Meadows

We had a wonderful stay. House was clean and cozy, bed comfortable, shower hot, and Sandi left homemade chocolate chip cookies and brownies for us on our arrival. Bruce and Sandi were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed talking with them and discovering our common New England roots!

Why they chose this property

As the pictures show, we are just 2 miles from the interstate, off a country road, on the end of a dead end road, zero traffic, mountain views, & quiet. The property offers a yard for play & a fire pit for a evening campfire. All guests are usually amazed with the views, the cleanliness of the rental ,the value, the location & the convenience of the village location & restaurants
