The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Rental was booked and paid for in full on Janurary 12 for a June trip and host canceled our reservation on April 26 and claimed it was booked on another platform. Our trip was scheduled for June 11-14. Needless to say our choices at that point were limited.
