About the host
Hosted by Judy and Hugh Tilson
We are a happily retired couple with 4 grown kids and 11 grandchildren. Our professional lives have required travel worldwide and while we continue to travel, Graywoods is our favorite place to be although we do divide our time between Chapel Hill and Maine. We love answering questions from our renters!
Why they chose this property
We chose to buy a family home in this location as it is within walking distance to Bath and has a view that simply does not end. We only started renting the house when our children were not able to use it. This house is too special not to share and when purchased was never intended to be a rental.
What makes this property unique
This is a special place. The dining room table seats fourteen and is the starting point for many wonderful conversations. The house is about being! Outside there are lovely gardens and a walk through the woods to a dock with great boating and swimming - when the tide is right! The city of Bath, Maine is within walking distance and you get to walk right by the Dairy Queen to get there. There are so many wonderful things to do here.
