Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the home did not meet your expectations. We always aim to provide a comfortable and welcoming space for our guests, and we regret that this was not your experience. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. The citrus trees in the backyard, which had previously thrived, unfortunately suffered during this past season due to unexpected weather conditions. We had hoped they would recover, but they did not, and needed to be removed. However, the orange trees in the front yard continue to produce fruit. While we understand that every guest has different expectations, we were disappointed to learn of your concerns only through this review, especially after a stay of three months. At no point during your visit were any issues brought to the owner's attention. We would have gladly addressed any concerns promptly had we been given the opportunity. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not reflect the standards we strive to uphold and appreciate your feedback, which we will take into consideration as we continue improving the property.
