This 3 bedroom, 5 bed, 2 bathroom home with an expansive deck for lounging and exterior dining for 10 is on a large 1/3-acre lot. The fully enclosed mature garden is beautifully maintained with a sweeping lawn, good size swimming pool that is perfectly secluded for serene sunbathing.
Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans, dishwasher, gas cooker, gas barbecue and separate laundry room. The beach path access to Pink Sand Beach is a mere two-minute walk from property's front gate.
