Furnished full sized kitchen w/full gas stove and frig lots of quality pots/pans/dishes/kitchen tools, microwave, outdoor bbq. Lots of windows in every room looking out to garden and huge green lawn. 2 Entrances w/lots of parking. Great wifi. Quiet artist widow in her 70's lives upstairs. Safe area - we never lock our doors - I lived here 41 years. Only 5 miles to Grass Valley/Nevada City. Three miles to gas/laundry/stores in Penn Valley. I know the area for hiking, birding, kayaking, music , dancing and live theater and art venues and events and I love to share my knowledge.
