On the House Level, a 480 sq. foot covered porch with a bridge through the trees to a 300 sq. foot Sundeck over the Electric Boat Lift below. On the Ground Level, a Dock to take you to the Boat Lift. Fish from either level. Watch the boats and wildlife go by.
