PowderHaus at 5280! Slope-side True Ski-in Ski-out.

Experience mountain luxury in this newly renovated ski-in, ski-out retreat with direct access to both Upper and Lower Shawneehaw ski runs. Designed for adventure and relaxation, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home combines comfort, style, and unbeatable convenience.
Step inside to a warm and inviting living area complete with a cozy fireplace. Enjoy stunning long-range mountain views from not one, but two expansive decks.
Outside, soak in the brand-new hot tub as you take in the scenery.

The space
Pets considered for an additional fee from April-November ONLY! Take a short (8 mins) but strenuous hike to Skybar at 5506 and enjoy live music, food and your favorite beverage. They are open Thursday-Sunday. Mountain biking trails and disc golf are right off the back deck!

Parking available for 3-4 vehicles with no snow accumulation on the pad. 2 vehicles max in the winter but just check in with me because we have the pad plowed frequently.
Please ensure you park in the proper spot labeled 102 Galax. Parking in the street or neighbors spots will get you towed.

Spring 2026- we have just completed a full renovation of the exterior and have installed new windows.

We have just installed a brand new Viking Hot tub that seats up to 7 people. Absolutely no glass in the hot tub. Please ensure the cover is placed and secured by all 4 latches after each use. We have very high winds and would prefer to keep the cover intact.

Roku TV's in all bedrooms plus living room.

Luxury towels and linens provided.

Toiletries provided (bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, papertowels, dishsoap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, trash bags)

Gas grill on deck.

Electric Fireplace with blower

We will consider pets for an additional fee during the Summer and Fall months only!

NO SMOKING- NO VAPING INDOORS

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hot tub cover must be placed on hot tub at all times when not in use and latched in all locations. Beech experiences very high winds.
Grill cover must be secured using Velcro straps.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, blankets etc. Evidence of such can result in additional cleaning fees.
