This was a big house and we had so much room. Very clean inside. Beds are comfortable. Just know that at the time of writing this there is no washer and dryer available and the local laundromat closes at 6:30 which makes it hard to get there and wash laundry after a long day of sight-seeing at Yosemite. Beautiful location. So peaceful.

We had a great stay overall. The house is spacious and was perfect for our group of 10. There were plenty of things to do, and everyone enjoyed the beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and the pool/hot tub.A few things to be aware of before booking:There weren't enough pool towels for a group of 10, so you may want to bring extras. The nearest full grocery store is quite a drive away. Be sure to stock up before arriving. There is a Valero Market about 5 minutes away, but it's very expensive.TVs in the bedrooms would have been a nice addition. The outdoor pool area and BBQ could have been cleaner upon arrival. The downstairs game room gets very hot and could use better ventilation or cooling. The pool area has no shade until after about 4 p.m., so bringing an EZ-up canopy is highly recommended if you plan to spend the day outside.Overall, it's a beautiful property with plenty of space and great amenities. With a few improvements to cleanliness, comfort, and convenience, it would easily be a 5-star stay.

We had an ant problem in the kitchen. Every morning, ants covered the counter. I did call the owner about the problem. We also had a shortage of utensils in the kitchen. There were no teaspoons or tablespoons. We could use the hot tub, but some of the dials didn't work, so we could only turn on two jets. It is probably my fault for not fully reading the description, but the third bathroom is not close to the loft bedroom; it is down two floors. All in all, it was in a great location and a good value.
