Hilltop Manor- Views - Family Home/Private - Pool and Spa

Bring the whole family to this great location nestled above the town of Mariposa with incredible views! With room for a large group, you'll also enjoy the in-ground pool and spa and kids play/craft room. Cook meals in our newly remodeled kitchen and enjoy complimentary coffee in the mornings.

Mariposa is the closest substantial town to Yosemite's west entrance via Arch Rock, with only a 35 minute drive to the entrance.

The property includes two free-standing rentals (Hilltop Manor and a smaller building called Treetop Villa) about 30 feet away from one another. The property also includes a free-standing studio where the property supervisor lives and is available to support with any technical or emergency needs. A hundred yards away is an outbuilding that occasionally hosts exercise classes that are available to guests. Otherwise, there are no neighbors in sight and no one else on the 100-acre property, though the town of Mariposa is only a 5 minute drive away!

We had an amazing time at Hilltop Manor. It was very well set up for our group of 5; plenty of space, all the amenities, and a kitchen with awesome counter space and layout for cooking for a group. The grill ran out of propane and the hosts were very responsive and got us a new cylinder in 30min. Would definitely stay here again!

They have thought of everything!

This was a beautiful large rancher that was perfect for our family of 8 and the hosts thought of everything. It was incredibly clean and functional. Only 60 minutes from Yellowstone Valley gate, extremely convenient. Can't wait to return!

Nice house in a good location!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our Yosemite adventures. It was also close to town but you would not know it. The house had plenty of room for our family and very well equipped. We all enjoyed the pool and spa after long days of hiking in the park.

Yosemite retreat

This was a great place to stay when visiting Yosemite valley! Mariposa (including a grocery store and wonderful restaurants) are a quick 5 minute drive. It was great to come back from the park and soak in the hot tub! It was well equipped and had more than enough space for two couples and a toddler. He appreciated the available toys, too! The owner and property manager were very helpful and tried to assist us when we had car troubles, too! Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely stay in Mariposa

We absolutely loved our stay - the house was just as described, but the views and setting were even better than expected. The house was extremely well supplied with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. The property manager responded to questions very quickly and we would stay there again for sure. My only regret is we didn’t book for longer!

Yosemite with family from TN

We loved this place. It is beautiful. Lots of space for lots of people and it was very kid friendly. They came to our rescue with a stroller-we had forgot ours. Could have stayed longer just to relax and enjoy.

Yosemite visit

Great location, we had to wake up early to beat the crowd but we did and had no problem getting bikes in Yosemite and visiting the park. It was lovely to come back to the pool to refresh and relax. Great layout, plenty of space to spread, nice view. Would return in a heart beat!

Exceptional Retreat

We had a wonderful at this beautiful retreat. The property was even more beautiful than the listing described and very comfortable for our family. We really appreciated how everything was clearly labeled and all of our questions (even ones we didn't know we had) were answered in the binder and the videos. We visit the Merced/Mariposa area frequently; we look forward to making the Yodemite Mountaintop Retreat as our new home base.
