Waterfront Sunsets overlooking a serene garden and a private pier

Make your memories of family fun, romantic sunsets and water sports galore in this luxurious home away from home. This immaculate townhouse is located right on the river and only five blocks west of the ocean. We have 2 large king beds in the bedrooms as well as a daybed and trundle (two twin size beds) in the large loft. There are two full bathrooms with a working jacuzzi tub upstairs. There is a desk to use for work or play if you so choose, but we recommend soaking in a sunset on the dock, relax at the beach, or visit the Kennedy Space Center 5 minutes away.

This is a waterfront town home where you can watch the dolphins play from your balcony while you enjoy your coffee in the morning. View the amazing sunsets over the river while sipping a glass of wine on the dock. Kayak along the river and discover the local wildlife including manatees, dolphins, luminescent fish and tropical birds. The beach is just a few blocks away and we provide all the beach essentials; wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels.

Have a kayak or paddle board delivered to your dock in the backyard. Have dinner at a local restaurant on the ocean. Watch a rocket launch from your balcony (follow space coast website for scheduling) Visit the space center, a ten minute drive away. Disney world, Universal Orlando, Sea World and the Epcot center is short 45 minutes west by car. Port Canaveral Cruise lines are only five minutes away and offer cruises to far away places as well as day trips on their casino boats.
Be sure to check the space coast website and you might be able to see a rocket launch from the dock or the beach.

The home has cable, WiFi, indoor laundry, fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi bath, two televisions, a barbecue, picnic area with dock and more. All the amenities of home in a tropical paradise.

Great vacation

We just had to leave to go home from our awesome vacation. This home was perfect for us. My husband and I and our adult son thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful and peaceful place

The view from the backyard is simply uncomparable!! The pier was perfect for fishing or just watching the sunsets. Rooms were well sized, beds were very comfortable! Only had one minor snag with the electronic lock which was quickly resolved. Will definitely rebook for a few days before our next cruise!

Peaceful Paradise

We were looking for a peaceful home away from home for our family vacation and this property was absolutely perfect. The location was great to go anywhere in Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral. There was convenient access to the beach with all the beach gear readily available at the townhome. The Banana River and serene garden in the back of the property was amazing! The views were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the dolphins and fish play. We even had fun with a little fishing off the dock. The amenities in the townhouse were fantastic. We had all the towels, cooking dishes and utensils, and inside activities needed to keep everyone entertained. This was a perfect home away from home!

Great Location & Lots of Space

We loved this townhouse. It was much bigger than we thought after seeing the photos online. There’s so much space and it’s spread out so that you aren’t on top of your kiddos. It’s got everything you need in the kitchen and then some, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and on top of everything. We will definitely stay again.

Clean and beautiful waterfront stay

Our family stayed here for a long weekend and had a great experience. The accommodations are exactly as described, clean and welcoming. The pier out back extends out Into the water quite far, and the sunsets are lovely. The hosts were also good at checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Very close to beach access, as well as kid friendly activities such as Kennedy Space Center and the Dinosaur store and museum. It’s a quiet spot with friendly neighbors. Would recommend!

Our family of 5 had a great visit. We had plenty of room and the house was filled with thoughtful items to make our stay enjoyable. We had a welcome basket with water bottles and snacks, a cart filled with beach chairs and towels, and a grill with all the accessories. The views were beautiful from the multiple decks and back yard. Finally, we had a slight issue with the tv, but the owners addressed it promptly. We were super impressed!

Amazing property with great features!

We stayed at the property as a romantic getaway but it would be equally as good for families with kiddos. The weather was rainy most of the stay which is to be expected. Property faces the water and even saw a dolphin from bed! Allows access to one of the nicest private docs I’ve ever seen. It was twice as long as any other doc in the area. We will be back!
