The cozy living room features a sofa bed—ideal for additional guests—and offers direct access to the backyard via a short staircase.

The top floor features two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each equipped with a desk, chair, and individual air-conditioning units for personalized comfort—perfect for work or relaxation. A clean, shared bathroom with a shower is centrally located between the bedrooms.

We will send front door code and let you know when the place is ready on the day of your arrival.
There is parking for one car included, be aware that larger vehicles may not fit. Free street parking and a paid lot are within three blocks.
Heat is controlled by thermostats in the stairways and front bedroom- the back bedroom has a space heater. There is a portable AC unit in the upstairs bedroom.
Please remove outdoor shoes when entering the home.
No smoking in or on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Please be respectful of neighbors an keep noise to a minimum at all times.
