Beautiful 2 storey chalet with views of nature and mountains, 10 min by car to Capivari, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a suite, living room, living room with fireplace, pantry and kitchen. In the outdoor area, kitchen with barbecue, oven and wood stove, also has in the outdoor area refrigerator and stove. Garage for up to 3 cars, laundry and laundry area.
