Large apartment, well decorated and cozy, with excellent location.

Comfortably accommodates 5 people. All the details were planned to provide maximum comfort to our guests.

- Two-room room with balcony, dining area with table and 6 chairs, and living area with fireplace and SmartTV (WiFi available free of charge).

-Well equipped kitchen, has tap with hot water and cold filtered water, suitable for drinking. Complete with utensils and appliances (pots, fondue, cooktop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee shop, blender, sandwich maker and iron).

-Two rooms with balconies with beautiful views of the mountains, one of which is a suite. Both have queen-size beds, heaters, pillows, blankets and comforters (NECESSARY TO BRING SHEETS, PILLOWS AND TOWELS - NOT PROVIDED). In the suite, it is possible to accommodate one more person on an extra mattress, available on site.

-The bathrooms have a central shower, luxury shower, hygienic showers and heated taps in the sinks.

-Gas water heating system, with carbon monoxide detector.

Excellent location, in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. Close to bakeries, supermarkets, gas stations and pharmacies.

The apartment is on the main avenue of the city, less than 100 meters from several tourist attractions, such as the Spinassi and Cacau Show chocolate factories, and the traditional Sans Souci Bistro, and just a 14-minute walk or 4-minute drive from the center tourist and gastronomic Capivari, where there are restaurants, Chopperia Baden Baden, Boulevard Geneve, Praça do Capivari, and Parque do Capivari, which has a cable car, the mountain train, as well as several city attractions.
