The Space:
Aqua Vista is a great house for a summer or winter holiday with family and friends. Overlooking the crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay, you have the perfect view across to Point Perpendicular and beyond. From the back gate of the house, your feet will be touching the sand in literally a few short steps.
The total sleeping capacity is of this property is 10 guests when travelling with children, however, if travelling without children then no more than 8 adults are permitted to stay.

- On your doorstep: Collingwood Beach (access directly in front of house), Husky to Vincentia bike path
- A short walk: Moona Moona Creek in one direction, and Vincentia Shopping Village in the other

- Access/dangers: Guests are required to climb stairs
- Parking: Lock up garage, single carport and off street parking for up to two cars

This property is located in a quiet part of town. Please respect the neighbours.
You will be very close to world famous white sand beaches, stunning bush walks, a vibrant cafe, bar and restaurant scene, dolphin and whale cruises, surfing, fishing, wineries and much, much more!
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited, however there are quite a few taxis.

> Pricing
Please ensure that bookings in summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than 4 nights at the beginning or end of your stay otherwise we may have to cancel or move your booking dates. Please call us if you need to discuss.
Please ignore the "Nightly Rate". Jervis Bay Rentals rates are calculated as a high fixed amount ("Property fees") followed by a much lower nightly rate. This allows you to add extra nights to your stay without adding too much to the total tariff (the longer you stay, the lower the average nightly rate). Unfortunately Airbnb doesn't compensate for the fixed amount in their calculation of the nightly rate. We apologise for this, and hope it will be corrected soon.

Outside of peak periods, early arrivals and late departures will be offered where possible.
> Parties, Functions And Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.
> What Is Included?
Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, donnas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the Bbq. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have (as a minimum) shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.
There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.
