Please be aware that this condo does not have an outdoor grill.

Your stay includes 6 daily passes to the Bridges Bay indoor/outdoor (Seasonally) waterpark, making it a favorite choice for families and groups looking for nonstop entertainment. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all used beds unmade
Take used towels and place in washing machine - start load
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A security deposit hold of $300 to be processed on guest credit card by host prior to arrival and released post-departure pending no damages.
No bachelor or bachelorette parties. No pets. Must be 24.
A Rental Agreement must be e-signed within 48 hrs of creating your booking.
