This is a superb 5-bedroom, 6 bath, ocean view home located in the southern area of Fripp Island, and only 100 yards to the beach. This house is great for family reunions, multiple families, or golf groups, as it sleeps 14 in beds and offers a pull-out sofa and futon. With the ability to access the elevator from the garage, it will be easy to bring your groceries and luggage up to the kitchen and bedroom area on all floors. This reverse floor plan has spectacular views of the ocean and the canal, which has a floating dock perfect for crabbing and boat access to the creek. The upstairs has a large open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, 2 wall ovens, 1 steam oven, and a pot filler over the 6-burner gas stove. The dining area, including the kitchen counter stools, seats 20 and is open to the living room, where you can walk out to a large screened porch, with outdoor dining table and couches, and view the canal. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor with ensuite bathrooms. The convenience of having a laundry room with a washer and dryer on this floor as well as the first floor will make life easier when cleaning those wet towels from the beach!
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, a living area with a large flat screen TV, and access to a screened in porch to view the canal. This house boasts additional features such as, a central vacuuming system, a port-a-crib, pack 'n play, Wi-Fi, and a gas grill for preparing your favorite meals!
Fripp Island Guest Cards are available with the house but not included. If you opt to purchase guest cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add guest cards.

Fripp Island Resort's club cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rent and watercrafts, and use the restaurants on the island. Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities.
Guests do not have to buy amenity cards! You can enjoy the beach, the bike paths, and the shops without an amenity card. There are many wonderful restaurants, golf courses, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, and tennis courts off of the island.
This home is not pet friendly. Guests must be 25 Years of age to book this home. No Events or Parties Allowed. This home accomodates a 5-car maximum. Fireplace not for guest use.

We enjoyed our stay but 4 electrical gadgets need attention and did not work for us: microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and elevator. Certainly needs to be addressed. We also found cockroaches in the house .. again an issue that needs to be addressed. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the property, proximity to the ocean and ease of check- in.
