Puerto Morelos is a laid-back fishing village known for its protected coral reef (world-class snorkeling and diving just offshore), fresh-seafood eateries, artisan markets, and an unhurried, authentic vibe. The town square and main restaurants are a short ride away.



Getting Around:

Puerto Morelos sits midway along the Riviera Maya. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is roughly a 25-30 minute drive; taxis and private transfers are easy to arrange (we're happy to help). The town center is a short taxi ride or a pleasant walk, free street parking is available, and the complex provides bikes for exploring. Cancun is about 30 minutes north and Playa del Carmen about 35 minutes south.
