Resort-like home with NEW KITCHEN, private tennis court, heated pool, & hot tub

Bright modern summer getaway. Very private, 5-bedroom house with a 20x40 heated pool, new hot tub, clay tennis court, outdoor kitchen, and newly renovated, designer kitchen inside. A child safety fence is available for the pool if desired.
A huge, open living room greets you, with soaring ceilings and unobstructed views of the large backyard oasis through a wall of glass doors. Guests love the 'wow' factor of this room! Lush landscaping makes this property beautiful and exceptionally private.

2 large, private owner's suites (both with King beds and en suite bathrooms) in one wing of the house. 2 other bedrooms, both with queen beds. 1 last bedroom which we outfit with 2 twin beds, or a twin and either a crib, a home office desk or gym equipment (depending on guest preference). There is ample sleeping space for up to 10 people. Chef-equipped kitchen (with All-Clad pots & pans and Wustoff knives), smart home gadgets, sonos and high-end accessories will help to make your stay here feel like home..... only more relaxing!

Outdoor living at its best - Walk out to the back patio and you will find an oasis where you can spend your summer. Large teak wood dining table, outdoor sofa/lounge area, and separate chaise lounge section - a great space to relax while the kids play. Strong Wifi, works great outside, too! Beautiful landscaping and tons of privacy. A large outdoor kitchen just added last summer, including 48" grille, sink and fridge.

5-10 minute drive to a number of beaches, to Quogue or Westhampton town centers, and to the Jitney/LIRR stops. Next to the Quogue Wildlife Refuge, with over 300 acres of protected land, amazing wildlife, walking paths, summer camps, guided tours, and kayaking. All this- 90 minutes from Manhattan by car!

We love animals and will consider furry guests.

Our stay was wonderful and we cannot wait to return. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the tennis court is well maintained and the house is very comfortable and well furnished. We used the outdoor kitchen and the grill almost every day. Everything was fantastic. Marcia and Gabe, thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail!

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a great time at Gabe and Marcia’s home. The kids spent all day in the pool and we took full advantage of the tennis court too! We would definitely stay at this property again. Gabe was also very responsive to any questions we had.

AWESOME OWNERS, AWESOME HOUSE!

We just had the most relaxing end of summer getaway in this spacious, well kept home. Master suites on the top & main floors were a huge bonus and allowed all the grown-ups to be extra comfortable. Finding two king beds in one house is a huge plus! Clean bathrooms are a must for my wife, and she was happy with how all three were kept. The kitchen was user friendly and had everything we needed. The pool/outdoor area was beautiful and well kept. And our absolute favorite...a great tennis court that we used for hours every day. Lastly, we have done lots of rental houses in the past, but Gabe & Marcia stood out as concerned and responsive owners. They were super nice and really contributed to us having an awesome week. Thanks so much, can't wait to be back!

A Sanctuary to Recharge & Connect

I recently rented this home to host a wellness retreat, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.The space was clean, open, and welcoming, with natural light and a calming vibe that set the tone for a day of movement, reflection, and connection. The layout allowed everyone to feel comfortable — whether journaling in a quiet corner, flowing through yoga, or gathering for healthy refreshments.The kitchen and outdoor areas were perfect for the infused waters and light bites I prepared — easy to navigate and made my guests feel truly cared for.The homeowners were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, which gave me total peace of mind.The neighborhood is quiet, private, and peaceful — ideal for relaxing and unplugging.If you’re looking for a clean, beautifully maintained home with resort-like amenities — a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, stunning kitchen, and spacious indoor and outdoor areas — I highly recommend it. Great House Great Owner!!

My Family and I stayed at this home for 2 Weeks. I've been using Homeaway/Vacationrentals for years and Gabe happens to be one of the most pleasant and accommodating owners. I was impressed that the bathrooms were CLEAN and updated. . We could not have been more comfortable. The house had everything; 5 bedrooms, a nice large living room with a large TV (w/ a Firestick) , Opean kitchen and dining area, . Outside was a beautifully Maintained in-ground pool and Hot Tub that had Sun all day and surrounded by a Brand New Table and plenty of Lounge Chairs. The house was lovely and had all the comforts of home. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. A good time was had by all! Very comfortable Beds, All new Linens and CLEAN Bathrooms The neighborhood is quiet and home is surrounded by lush trees and greenery. Its a Short ride to Westhampton town and the Beach. I'll be back !!

Amazing home/great location/Wow factor!!

The home is situated in a great location (near all) in a wonderful community. The home includes its own tennis court and huge swimming pool with separate spa. The greenery surrounding the home gives complete privacy and tranquility for a relaxing vacation. Inside the home is just spectacular! Plenty of room for guests, extremely comfortable beds, each bedroom is private, two masters each with an ensuite. The other bedrooms have a bath right outside. We felt right at home from the get go...barely left the house--no need to! The homes kitchen had all the amenities you need and plenty of space for indoor or outdoor dining. The homeowners were fantastic about getting right back to us on any questions we had and on top of making sure our stay was amazing! We can't wait to go back!!! Very impressive property and one of our best family vacations!! Thanks guys!!

this house is very spacious that my family and kids can run around. many bathrooms and baby crib is the PLUS. pool is very clean. oh air pump in the closet ( its pink n cute lol). my family and friends had so much fun and looking forward to come back soon

Can’t wait to go back!!

What a great week we had! The house was perfect for us! It has 5 bedrooms, 3 1-2 baths, great open living room and kitchen but the best part is the outside. Amazing pool, spa and tennis court! We felt like we were at a resort ! Lots of seating around pool area! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and close to town. The owners are very easy to work with and accessible for anything at any time. We highly recommend this property for rest relaxation and good times!

We purchased this house in 2018 for our family and friends to come "out east" and enjoy the slower paced life in a gorgeous, natural setting. When we found it, we instantly fell in love with the modern style, open floor plan, pool and yard.

What makes this property unique

Close enough to town (Westhampton, East Quogue or Quogue) for convenience but far enough away for privacy and relaxation. This quiet, manicured neighborhood has a wonderful feel and great neighbors. Plus, door to door from NYC in 90 minutes!!!!

Access to all Southampton Beaches rounds out the property. Sit by the pool all day, shop in Westhampton or hit the beaches.... the choice is yours.
