The bad: We could not cook because there were so many’s nats in the house, toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall, no wash clothes were provided, the bunk beds were missing bolts and felt like it was going to fall apart and ladder fell off several timesThe good: it had a good location and the listing was for the most part accurate

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the good location and the accuracy of the listing. We’re sorry for the inconveniences during your stay. Additional towels, including washcloths, are available in the closet, and we would have gladly provided more if you had let us know. The bunk beds are new and are checked regularly. The ladder is secured with ties, so we’re surprised it came loose, but we will review it again. The toilet paper holder can loosen with normal use, and it will also be adjusted. Regarding the gnats, thank you for informing us; it was addressed at the time, and it’s an uncommon situation that had not occurred before. Thank you again for your feedback. We are always available to assist during your stay.
