It's a nice looking house and grounds, with some significant problems. We stayed for five days. It's right across from the Freeway, which isn't disclosed in the listing. Heavy Freeway Noise, don't plan to sleep in. Everything looked clean in general, but the floors were horrible. I tested the floor in a few spots, the towel turned completely black. The hot tub was broken, only 90 degrees, probably a clogged filter. The area around the hot tub smelled like urine, I suspect from one of the many parties hosted there. The outdoor garbage cans were all overflowing when we arrived, there was no room for our garbage. We put moved the cans to the curb for garbage day just to make room for ours. This place is maybe okay for a one night party, but not for a relaxing vacation.
