This 2-bed/2-bath home with central air conditioning offers two queen beds (one ensuite), a work desk, and ample street parking next to the driveway.
This is an ideal spot for travelers because it’s incredibly close to everything you need. The Enchanted Lake Shopping Center is just down the hill (2 minutes away), featuring Safeway, local dining spots, and coffee. Close to Kailua & Lanikai beach.
*There are other tenants with friendly dogs living on property.

Parking: Street parking is conveniently available near the property's driveway.

Guests are welcome to utilize and enjoy the front yard area.

There are other tenants living on the property; however, all spaces are fully separate and private, including entrances and living areas. We also live on the property with our two very friendly chocolate Labradors.
**Minimum stay: 30 days (system requires 28 days but booking less than 30 days will be declined)**

We love Kailua! There are so many different shops and restaurants and Kailua offers the most beautiful beaches. This neighborhood is super quiet but offers quick access to get to town.
What makes this property unique
Central A/C is a luxury in Hawaii, especially in Kailua where the homes are much older. Our home was completely renovated back in 2024/2025.
