UPDATE: Concrete Repairs are currently underway at Pointe Santo from October 13, 2025 - January 23, 2026 with potential delays possible. Projected schedule is Building A from 10/13-11/18, Building B from 11/9-12/5, Building C from 12/8-12/24, & Building D from 1/1-1/23. Heavier noise will occur at the start of work on each building and other noise related disruptions may be possible at various times throughout the project and may affect the entire complex.

At this time, the complex is offering the majority of its amenities including the beach access, community pool & hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, and community grill use. Please note that some amenities such as clubhouse activities may not be accessible. All elevators are currently operational. Some construction is still taking place within the complex and in nearby units.We will provide updates as we receive new information from Pointe Santo. *Rental rates have been discounted to reflect on-going complex construction and pending amenities for the 2025 summer season*

Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds & a pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, rooftop sun deck, shared heated pool & hot tub, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, shell cleaning station, tennis courts, elevators, kid's activity programs. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. Shorter stays may be available in the off-season. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
