Plenty of room for your kids to spread out & play, plus bring 2 more—like Grandma & Grandpa or friends—for multi-generational fun. Splash in the river, relax in the private hot tub, dine outdoors, watch movies on the 65” TV under the covered deck (rain or shine), or on the 120” projector. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower. Unwind while the kids adventure—pure family bliss awaits!

Our stay at this beautiful barndominium in Townsend, Tennessee was absolutely amazing! Being right on the river made it so peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of room both inside and outside for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The outdoor space was perfect for sitting by the river and taking in the scenery.The host went far above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Their kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made us feel welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this hidden gem!
