THIS IS A GORGEOUS CONDO IN PHASE 2 OF THE BEST RESORT IN PUERTO PENASCO - LAS PALOMAS

This Ocean View delight on the 5th floor of the Cortez building has 2 spaciously sized Bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, Smart/Satellite TV (Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, YouTube), telephone, huge walk-in closet and a glass door leading out to the balcony. The master bath is loaded with travertine accents and features double sinks and a separate shower and oversize bath tub.

The desert mountain view second bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart/Satellite TV & ceiling fans with plenty of closet and storage space..

The ocean front view living room has a crystal clear smart HD flat screen TV with satellite (Netflix, Amazon Video, etc), DVD player, stereo and a glass door leading out to the balcony. All sliding glass doors in the condominium have customized rattan blinds. The sofa sleeper opens up into a queen size bed.

The balcony is excellent for relaxation, reading a nice book or a perfect breakfast to start your day. Balcony accommodates 8 with a table and double lounge chair. Be sure to catch the perfect sunsets!

The kitchen has all that you will need.. All appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator) plus reverse osmosis water filtration, ice maker, telephone, high speed internet connection (Wi-Fi), breakfast bar and granite slab counter tops. Smart TVs with Netflix and Amazon in each room.

Las Palomas amenities include an Infinity edge pool with swim-up bars, Jacuzzis, Lazy River, Water Slide, Fitness Center with state of the art equipment, 18 hole championship golf course, beach palapas and stainless steel gas BBQ grills. This is a gated resort with 24 hour security and underground parking.

Great location

Condo was very clean and provided us with just what we were looking for. Great access from the elevator, beautiful view of the amenities and ocean. The only thing is the master bed was very soft, coming from a firm bed it was not the most comfortable.
