This property was great. The place was large enough to accommodate 18 easy and the look and the feel was fun. Would definitely rent again.

THE GOOD: Nice big home, , kitchen well equipped and in working order, We all had our own full bathroom/showers- very nice. Beds comfortable. Main TV in family room was great. Sufficient towels, laundry room worked, close to grocery/stores.THE BADHeated pool. POORNO USE until Wednesday due to debris, neglect prior, not ready. Then GOOD but only 2 daysOutdoor Jacuzzi/hot tub - POOR never worked, never fixed, misled , NO USE 6 days Outdoor lounge chairs- POOR; active wasp nestsTVs in 2 BR- POOR; never workedHost Communication- intermittently attentive-POOR/GOODHost team was sometimes responsive; sometimes canned requests, like leave a good review in the midst of several discussions regarding all the issuesWas told Host was reviewing the issues and deciding upon restitution. Silence since that was communicated, have waited a week to write review.
