This is a beautiful place in a great location. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the screened in porch and the close proximity to Bay Point resort. Our host, Patrick, was super accomodating and helpful. Could not have been a more pleasant experience.

Excellent communication with host. Our favorite part of the home was the screened in porch…it was so enjoyable to spend time with the gorgeous view of the beach (and pond). The outdoor furniture was perfect for relaxation! Also, we loved how fully stocked the home was with beach towels, linens and kitchen items. At the time of our rental Sept 2026, the home came with passes to Bay Point which was so much fun to enjoy the beach, tiki bar, bayfront, marina, general store and restaurant…a wonderful bonus! We also loved the pool in Waterview…very nice! Our family would love to return to this home in the near future!

Amazing home in a lovely new community with an incredible view of the bay. Patrick was super communicative and the home is beautiful.It was the perfect space for our family to relax in Marblehead. It was central to everything and a great home base.

What a awesome condo and weekend at Waterview. The condo was very clean, the view of Lake Erie was spectacular and our host couldn't have been better. Our family had such an amazing vacation. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Perfect location with a beautiful view! The house has everything you would need on your trip and then some. Everything was seamless from booking, to arrival and departure. Everything was clean and well thought out. Owner was responsive to questions and easy to work with! Highly recommend this property!
