My 3 brothers and I stayed for the Big 10 wrestling championships. The place was very clean and well decorated. Plenty of space for us to hang out and convenient to the university and restaurants. The host was very helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!!

This is one of the nicest homes I have stayed in. I highly recommend this property. We had trouble with getting into the house but this was quickly rectified. The attention to us as temporary tenants was amazing. The beds were comfortable. There were games and everything we needed in the home. There was even shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. This was amazing because I forgot mine. The price we paid was amazing in comparison to other properties. The property was exactly as described. I will definitely be staying here again when I am in the area.

This rental house was the perfect place for our family to stay while our home was being completed. The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The owner was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.We truly felt at home during our time here and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the property. About who, we are!
I graduated in 1998 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering as a first‑generation Penn State alum, unknowingly kicking off the family tradition we all know today. Since then, siblings, children, friends, neighbors—and now even classmates’ kids and nieces—have all been ready to proudly shout, “We Are!”

When the chance came to make an investment that brought together friends, family, tailgates, and long‑term growth, I didn’t hesitate. I jumped in. That decision led to the creation of Blue & White Lodging LLC and We Are Penn State Properties LLC. This was a quick process starting with a phone call in June of 2025 and resulted in the signing of what would become Atherton Street. From there the bug and inspiration was born and the branding developed. Make it a place, where I or my family would want to stay. By October, I felt one was not enough and I trusted myself to invest in this as a source of support for the school, area and Penn State Family that I was welcomed into back in 1993 in Altoona. Go ivy Leaves! (and Berks summers) . I am not a hospitality degree major, but I am a person who has travelled and has common sense.
