Very nice place and very clean! Amenities were good. It was a bit cold and guest aren’t able to control the thermostat but other than that I had a pleasant stay with the extra blankets provided.
Check-in was very easy and it was clear what we were to do. I was unclear where I was to park, but took a guess and parked curbside on the cul-de-sac which for the most part was fine except one day someone at the end of the cul-de-sac was moving and there were a lot of trucks. That complicated things for a bit. I don’t suppose this would be a common problem, however. Another reviewer had noted that it was a little chilly and there was no way to control the temperature. I would second that. They do have a lot of blankets on hand, but I would say if you’re going when the temperatures are cooler bring a space heater. Only one time did I really hear the family who lived in the house and it was actually their dog. It was just one afternoon and he was very vocal about something for quite some time. It didn’t really bother me too much. They do have a refrigerator and it was nicely stocked with water and creamer for coffee drinkers. There was a Keurig coffee machine (I’m not a coffee drinker, but I did use it to heat water for tea, I had my own tea bags). There is no microwave. The bathroom was stocked with lots of big fluffy towels, which was awesome. The bed was extremely comfortable!

Thank you for the feedback! Should you stay with us again, know that there is a heater on the bench of the coat rack next to the desk to help warm the space if needed. There is an extra fan or heater always available and accessible there. We were sad to see our neighbors leaving for Florida and they will be missed! The end of our lane is always quiet with minimal traffic. A microwave is something we’re looking into. Thanks again!
