Our new and modern furnished apartment including parking space in the family-friendly district of St. Peter, invites you to a pleasant stay in Graz.
With great attention to detail, the apartment has been furnished with everything to make you feel comfortable: coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, towels and much more. This apartment is rounded off with a great location.

The quiet location is perfect for families or those who like it a little quieter.
The cozy furnished apartment has a large double bed, a fully equipped large kitchen, a living / dining room with pull-out sofa bed and a bathroom. We have also provided spices, vinegar, oil, coffee and tea for you. The separate walk-in kitchen invites you to cozy cooking evenings.
The location of the apartment is perfect, as it is right next to a bus station but is still quiet, so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxing night.
The apartment can also score with an elevator and with an included parking space.
