Suitable for up to four people and a toddler, approx. 80 sqm, on the edge of a quiet residential area, parking in front of the house, large sun terrace, city center in 15 minutes, bakery in 5 minutes on foot. Possibility to store bicycles. Non smoking apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Freezer combination, electric cooker and Nespresso coffee machine, cozy dining area, large furnished sun terrace, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, washing machine, separate toilet. Comfortably furnished living room with sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm lying area, topper) TV. High chair and cot available for small children. All rooms with ceramic tiles and underfloor heating.
Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.
