The Stadtapartments on the Market Square in Ebermannstadt embody the philosophy:

Located right in Ebermannstadt on the traffic-calmed market square, we offer you two apartments with balconies or loggias on the upper floors of our building. Here you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the morning sun rising from the forest. Modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Fully furnished with high-quality furnishings, each apartment features a unique layout and a spacious feel. For longer stays, we also provide a washing machine and dryer in the basement. A parking space can be booked as an optional extra.

A cot can be booked upon request. An additional highlight, in addition to the apartments, is the ice cream shop (offering up to 30 varieties made in-house) on the ground floor, featuring an exquisite, spacious outdoor area.



City Apartment Am Marktplatz (top floor):

This 56 m² attic apartment, with two rooms, gently sloping walls, and exposed beams, is something truly special. Modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The holiday rental features high-quality furnishings and a well-designed layout.

The dining area is accessible right from the hallway—a custom-built kitchenette includes a fridge-freezer combo, a ceramic cooktop, an extractor hood, a microwave, and an oven, as well as all necessary cooking utensils. There’s also space for the “Good Morning” table.

The living room is located to the right. Bright, inviting, with a large flat-screen TV and a view of the market square.



Another shining highlight is the covered outdoor seating area. With a view of the Wallerwarte and the surrounding forests, it welcomes guests—regardless of the weather—to enjoy a glass of exquisite Franconian wine or a beer.

It’s not only accessible from the kitchen but also makes the bright bedroom feel even more airy. A large box-spring bed awaits you there.

To help you wake up, a modern shower is available in the small bathroom!
The owner has taken great care of the property. As a result, the like-new furnishings are in a condition we call “Move in and feel right at home—just like a holiday.”
