On the property, you’ll find two beautiful holiday apartments, “Muschel” and “Auster,” each with a terrace and its own free parking space. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.<br><br>The “Muschel” holiday apartment is approximately 50 square metres in size, and the living/kitchen area was redecorated in 2024/25. It is designed for 2 to 3 guests and features, on the ground floor, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with a microwave and dishwasher, a beautiful shower room with a hair dryer, a sunny terrace with a beach chair, underfloor heating, cable TV, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi; and, on the attic level, a bedroom with a double bed (2nd TV). The floor on the ground floor is tiled, while the attic level has hardwood flooring. You can relax and unwind on the sunny terrace. Your car is safely parked on the property at no charge. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment. <br><br>The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,<br>(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).<br><br>Right next to the “Muschel,” you can rent the “Auster” holiday apartment, so the whole family or a group of friends can enjoy a holiday together.<br><br>Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.<br>Pet lovers and up to 1 dog are welcome here.
