In the heart of Warnemünde, we offer holiday apartments of various sizes as your holiday home. The apartments are located not far from the central church square, at Fr.-Franz-Str. 50. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a high-quality, 2021-renovated holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

This exclusive, approximately 55-square-meter, two-room “Seesicht” holiday apartment on the 3rd floor (top floor) can accommodate up to 2 people. The living room, which features an open-concept kitchen, is fully equipped with all the amenities you need. Adjacent to it is the sunny rooftop terrace (separated from the “Seedüne” holiday apartment by a partition wall). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The apartment has wooden flooring. This holiday rental is reserved for non-smokers.
Right next door, the “Seedüne” holiday rental is available for 2 people, making it ideal for couples who are friends or acquaintances.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels,dishes, and a shower mat).

You can rent a garage on Weidenweg, provided it is available on your desired dates. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
