Bedroom 3 (The Dreamer Bunk Room): Custom Twin-over-Twin bunks (4 Twins total!), perfect for the whole squad to stay together.

Living Area & Dining: Open-concept pink lounge with smart tech. Includes a dining space with seating for 6, perfect for group breakfasts, seafood dinners, or board game nights! (P.S. 2 Full Bathrooms: "Pamper-ready" ring lighting, blow dryers, and freshly refinished tubs. (Pink makeup towels provided for glam prep!)

Climate Control: Central AC kept at a cool baseline (70°F minimum) plus individual wall/window units in the Master bedroom & bathroom so everyone stays perfectly chilled.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Ready for making Dreamhouse dinners, cocktail prep, or brewing morning coffee (coffee & creamer provided!).

🚗 Parking: Free, easy street parking available directly in front of the gate and along the side street with plenty of space for multiple cars.

To keep our historic lady magical for every guest:

Decor & Props: All furnishings, decor, props, and custom pillows are part of the permanent collection and must remain on site (checked during checkout turnover).

Protect the Pink: No glitter, slime, or hair dye. Please use our provided pink makeup towels for beauty routines!

Sand-Free Zone: Please shake off sand and use the front surfboard shower before entering.

We got this Barbie dream house for my daughter's 16th and she absolutely loved it! Her and her friends had the best time especially sitting outside. Jaime was amazing at getting back with me when I had questions. The house is beautiful and very pink!

We surprised our girls with a get away! They had no idea we were staying in a Barbie house. But the looks on their faces when we drove up & walked in was absolutely priceless! Jamie was the best host, super responsive and so caring! I initially told her we were looking for something last minute to end spring break for our daughter who has epilepsy & is very restricted, along with our other daughter who has autism! She immediately responded and to set an environment that was sensory friendly by offering alternate cleaning supply scents and she offered to turn off neon lights incase that was an issue for Peitynns seizures. The attention to possible triggers brought tears to my eyes because… who does that? That was sooo understanding and nice! The attention to detail that she put into this house was truly unique! I know my girls enjoyed it, but I have to admit, my inner child was loving every moment of this weekend! We will definitely be back & are so grateful for the connection made throughout this process! Forever grateful for a wonderful weekend of memories that my girls will remember for a lifetime!
