Living / Dining Area (15.5x21.5) Ikea double and two single futons (comfortable for guests if needed), Dining table and chairs for 8, wood burning stove, hutch, storage cabinets, ceiling fans. ½ Fridge (Beverages)

Fully Equipped Kitchen (8.6 x 9.2) 1 large fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, two complete sets of pots & pans, bakeware, Dishes, cutlery and glassware for 12, Plastic dishes/beverage supplies for outdoor dining, kid eating ware & highchair. Lg. Bottled Water dispenser.

Bedding: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has a set of bunk beds (two singles) and bedroom #3 has a set of bunk beds with a single on top and double on bottom plus there is a double-sized futon in the living room. The cottage is equipped with½ Baths.

Outdoors:

Huge upper deck overlooking the water.

Patio table and padded chairs for 6, Picnic table, 4 Plastic Adirondack chairs, with pads and side tables, bench, BBQ with extra propane tank, large garden storage unit for cushions, lockable gate to waterfront.

Upper lawn with lots of parking, Storage unit for firewood, garden tools, garbage/ recycle. Lots of lawn chairs, clothes line.

Roofed boat slip, large deck extension fabulous for swimming, hammock, lots of quality lawn furniture (padded), outdoor metal dining table with umbrella, and chairs. Large Boathouse with water tap and garden hose, and lots of storage for water sports.

Safe, shallow paddling area for kids, pets. Fire pit on lawn near lakeshore.

2 kayaks, 2 canoes, windsurfer (can be used for stand-up paddling), boating safety kits, paddleboat, all paddles, swim toys, floats, 12+life jackets in all sizes, kiddie pool, jolly jumper, bocce, croquet, badminton.

The Rideau Lakes Region is a great place to explore. You can take advantage of the great fishing, boating, swimming, water-skiing, or lock through the historic canal system to the other attached lakes and towns. In the surrounding towns and cities there are also lots of activities, and events to participate in including, golf, historic tours, boat tours, shopping restaurants, parties, and lots more!

For the prime summer weeks, this cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday.
