About this property

A dream on Rügen:99 steps to the beach, sauna & fireplace wellness shower

Just behind the dune, 50 m from the white sandy beach and in the middle of the pine forest, you will find our blue, furnished in maritime style "Vacation Dream 268".

The house for non-smokers is located in the Baltic resort of Baabe on the east coast of Rügen about 16 km south of Binz. Due to the almost unique location directly behind the dune you can realize your dream of a maritime vacation here. Wake up to the sound of the sea and enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets in nature - an experience in every season. Because not only in the summer is worth a stay here. After an eventful summer's day, relax in your own whirlpool, heat up in the sauna after an autumn walk on the beach, or enjoy the cozy warmth of the crackling fireplace on a freezing cold winter's day. Also pets are welcome here.

In the light-filled living area with spacious seating and dining area creates a fireplace a comfortable living. In addition to satellite TV you will find entertainment for a DVD and CD player, as well as a selection of games. "Bookworms" are welcome to browse our small library. Also in the kitchen everything has been thought of: modern equipped with ceramic hob incl. Oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and a fridge with freezer compartment.

In every season invite you to relax in-house sauna and whirlpool. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine, a hair dryer and an iron. For our smallest guests cot and high chair are available. In the upper level, the little ones can deal with existing toys. Our house has 2 bedrooms.

On colder days, in addition to the stove, underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric heating throughout the house ensure that the climate is always warm. Pets are welcome. Directly in front of the house is the parking space for a car.

Entspannung

wieder ein entspannter Urlaub mit Sauna und Kamin. Wer über Weihnachten seine Ruhe haben will, ist hier genau richtig. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: es wäre super, wenn am Anreisetag vorgeheizt werden könnte. Es waren 8C im Haus und es hat recht lange gedauert, bis es gemütlich wurde. Zweite Kleinigkeit - der Wasserkocher macht selbstständig immer im falschen Moment den Deckel auf. Dabei kann es unangenehm heiß werden. Vielleicht könnte da mal ein neuer her.

Nach Check In Problemen alles Super/Gute Unterstützung

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Leider war bei mir die Mail mit den Daten für ein Reibungsloses Einchecken in den Spam Ordner gelandet und nicht mehr auffindbar. Nach längerem Telefonieren bekamen wir dennoch den Code für den Schlüssel. Daher hier auch ein großes Lob an alle beteiligten für die Unterstützung.

Es war herrlich

Trotz unterschiedlichem Wetter viel draußen gewesen. Herrliche Insel, es gibt viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Strandnähe war toll, Bäume rauschen, gute Luft. Durch starke Verkalkung der Kaffeemaschine, Lokalitäten zum Frühstück genutzt. Irgendwann kommen wir wieder. Bis dahin bitte Duschabfluss gangbarer machen. ;-)

Erholung pur im Schnee auf Rügen

Schnee am Strand von Baabe - einfach kurz durch das kleine Wäldchen und schon blickt man aufs Meer! Frostige Spaziergänge und dann in der hauseigenen Sauna schwitzen! Die neue Wellnessdusche und die immer wieder neu ausgetauschten Utensilien sind sehr komfortabel. Vor dem Kamin entspannen und den Abend genießen. Die Küche ist zudem hervorragend ausgestattet - es fehlt buchstäblich an nichts! Ganz großartig und wir kommen sicher wieder! Herzliche Grüße aus dem Kölner Raum...

Schöne Unterkunft, zu viele zusätzliche kosten

Sehr schöne Unterkunft , super Lage . Was ins geärgert hat ist, dass man für alles extra zahlen muss und das nicht wenig. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Holz, Strom usw kostet extra und das obwohl der Preis für die Übernachtung nicht gering ist. Check Inn und out Zeiten lassen auch zu wünschen übrig. Sauberkeit war ok, die Ecken und die Badewanne könnten etwas genauer unter die Lupe genommen werden. Sonst aber wie gesagt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer Klasse Ausstattung.
