The beautiful "Family Apartment Alpe" is part of the "Unterkehrhof" apartment house, a typical South Tyrolean property at the entrance of the famous Val Gardena, centrally located near popular attractions like the Seiser Alm. The apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony with views of the surrounding mountains and the picturesque valley. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable and satellite TV, a baby cot, and a high chair. A washing machine is available upon request for an extra fee. The outdoor area offers a shared garden and a terrace. You can play table tennis or use the barbecue to prepare your own meals. Children will love the playground with a swing and playhouse. The area offers many walking and hiking trails through unspoiled nature. Family-friendly cycling paths and downhill routes are also nearby. A bus stop is just 100 m (2 minutes on foot) from the house. The town of Laion is only a 4-minute drive away (2.2 km), where you will find shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. In autumn, you can reach the historic farms in 10 minutes on foot (700 m) to enjoy Törggelen, South Tyrol’s chestnut and wine season.

Super schöne Wohnung
Wir haben uns sauwohl gefühlt. Wir sind rundum versorgt worden, mit Wandertips, Brötchen, frische Eier. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Sehr sauber! Sehr gemütlich.
Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
