The charming "Family Apartment Alpe" is part of the "Unterkehrhof" residence, a typical South Tyrolean house at the entrance to the famous Val Gardena, centrally located near popular sights such as the Alpe di Siusi. The apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. When booking for 2 guests, you will have access to 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Start your day with coffee on your private balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains and the picturesque valley. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable and satellite TV, a baby cot, and a high chair. A washing machine is available on request for an extra fee. The outdoor area offers a shared garden and a terrace. Play table tennis or use the barbecue to prepare your own meals. Children will enjoy the playground with a swing and playhouse. The area offers many walking and hiking trails through pristine nature. Family-friendly cycling paths and downhill tracks are nearby. A bus stop is just 100 m (2 minutes’ walk) from the house. The town of Laion is only 4 minutes by car (2.2 km), where you will find shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. In autumn, you can reach the historic farms in 10 minutes on foot (700 m) to enjoy Törggelen, South Tyrol’s chestnut and wine season.

Super schöne Wohnung
Wir haben uns sauwohl gefühlt. Wir sind rundum versorgt worden, mit Wandertips, Brötchen, frische Eier. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Sehr sauber! Sehr gemütlich.
Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
