Includes the house, cottage, large pool and lighted clay tennis court. Bikes are available to ride to the beach. A golfing paradise. You will be the only guests on the property.
Property is six acres and has an 800' long driveway to provide a peaceful stay. Neck road is a low traffic neighborhood that is beautiful and scenic.
