Tout etait ok et fonctionnel ! sauf peut etre le canapé lit qui une fois ouvert ne mesure que 140x140, donc peu commode pour 2 personnes.

Balcon avec vue mer magnifique sauf que les hibiscus sont tellement "3m" environ que l on ne voit pratiquement pas la mer.Alors c est le balcon donne sur la mer mais il faudrait couper de 2 m les arbres

Avis mitigé car l'appartement n'est pas trop mal situé : à proximité de commerces, du port et de la plage. La résidence est agréable et l'espace piscine est vraiment sympa. En revanche, il donne sur la route ce qui devient très vite insupportable. La literie du canapé est médiocre et à mon sens juste inadmissible pour une location. La climatisation fonctionne bien mais visiblement n'est que rarement nettoyée voir pas du tout, vive l'odeur lors de la mise en marche.

Literie à revoir. Balcon ridicule compte tenu parabole non indiquée et visible sur l'annonce. Logement à rafraichir. Ménage très moyen.
