The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before checkout, please return the golf cart key to the lockbox. A $350 fee applies if the key fob is not returned, Plug the cart back in to charge and put the cover back on the cart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Most importantly, Sandestin has always been where our best vacation memories were made, so buying here felt like investing in a place we genuinely love and want to share with other families.
