Enjoy your stay at the Holly House- a peaceful private home in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Close to the interstates (both I-70/470) and one of Topeka’s most popular parks! Walkable to multiple local restaurants. No neighbors behind the house! Enjoy your morning and evening drinks on the large patio patios. Home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Early check in and out available for $20 (up to two hours) at hosts discretion. Come enjoy our simple and functional home!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave all used beds unmade
Wash dishes and place them either in the sink or on a towel to dry
Place all used towels in the shower
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM - please be kind and respectful to the neighbors.
No smoking of any kind (including vaping/e-cig) inside/outside. If there is a smoke odor in the home additional fee will be applied ($100 min.).

Holly House was a comfortable, clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay. The host was very friendly and flexible, letting me extend my stay a couple of times. Why stay at a Topeka hotel when you can have an entire quiet house for the same price? I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holly House even though we weren't there much. It was in a nice neighborhood that felt safe. Check in was easy and the owners were always kind and quick to respond The house was clean and cozy. Being someone that has to sleep with a fan, I appreciated having one in each room. We would stay here again.

My wife and I have lived in Topeka since 2020. We enjoy spending time together with our wonderful son and our two dogs. We spend a lot of time outdoors and visiting local spots. We also have a small sheep farm outside of town. We love hosting to meet other people and support them on their journeys!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is quite but also close to so many local attractions. We love that the house backs up to a creek/park so that there aren't any neighbors behind the home - it makes it feel more private!

What makes this property unique

The home is recently remodeled and has original hardwood floors throughout. It's fun to image what those floors would tell us if they could talk.
