**** This ground floor ocean front condo next to pool and spa offer the perfect Kauai getaway. New Queen size bed, , studio offers comfortable accommodations and a GREAT value for our guests.

This ocean front plantation style resort was totally refurbished in 2005. Tiki bar poolside with spa and BBQ overlook the Pacific ocean.

Mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, cable TV and DVD player included. NO added resort fees, amenity fees or parking fees.

The main lobby area is equipped with several high speed internet computers, a pay phone and FREE WI-FI ,

It’s time to replace the love seat couch! Some of the tile floor needs to be replaced. It is very convenient to be close to the pool. Location and landscaping are very nice.

Thus property is well cared for, clean, and right on the ocean. The mini kitchen had all that we needed including grilling tools and wine opener. It is right next to the pool area, but quiet at nught(except for the rooster).

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was clean and well furnished. We were not needing a full kitchen so this was perfect for us - the small fridge and toaster were all we needed. The location was perfect to get anywhere on the island - and such a beautiful island it is!
