We loved staying at Rick & Val's condo at Banyon Harbor. The unit is very clean and equipped with coffee & snacks to welcome you. The beds are very comfortable. This is a ground floor unit so you can walk right off your lanai to see the grounds. The location is ideal for day trips to explore the island. Communicating with our hosts was very easy and timely. Wonderful place to stay!!

Nice clean unit with comfortable beds and beautifully decorated with local art. The hosts make you feel right at home and are very responsive. This place is within walking distance of some shops and restaurants.

Great location! Our host were very communicative. Parking was easy and seven minutes away from the airport. There is a shopping plaza right across the street that made everything easily accessible. I would stay here again.

It was a nice property, central to everything on the island, and the hosts were responsive to our needs as soon as any arose. We loved the snacks left for us, and the visiting chickens in the back "yard" ... though who told that rooster to crow at 5 am? Mahalo! Note: It made us rate the pool even though we never saw or used it.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Main floor with no stairs was very helpful for us being over 75 years old for both of us. Owner and complex were very easy to work with. Nice to have the condo with the air conditioner and ceiling fans on when we arrived.

I can’t say enough good things about this host. A, excellent communication and very accommodating. They make you feel so welcome. The snacks were a nice gesture. We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is very clean and nicely furnished. The air conditioning in each room kept the place comfortable and cool. The pool area has a great view. My family enjoyed playing shuffleboard and grilling out there. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Welcoming, lovely stay

Our condo was very nice, comfortable, great view of vegetation from the lanai. The walk to the pool was great and the view from the pool was beautiful of the water. We liked watching the cruse ships moving. Short trip to lovely Kalapaki beach, shops and restaurants. The hosts were amazing with the hospitality and special touches to make us comfortable from the time we walked in the door until we left. Would recommend this unit and especially these hosts. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

We were pleasantly surprised at our chosen accommodation during this trip. Was slightly stressed that the property was sold after booking but Richard and Valerie could not have been better hosts, accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Responses were prompt and it was a pleasure to meet Rick. Apartment was accessible, clean safe and had everything we needed for our 16 night stay. We would definitely recommend to friends and family. Convenient location and good value

The condo was well-furnished and beautifully decorated. Our hosts were very thoughtful and responded quickly to all our questions. They left us a nice assortment of snacks. They also let us have an earlier check in as soon as the condo had been cleaned, since our flight arrived early in the day. The beds were comfortable. It’s on the ground floor, so no hauling luggage upstairs. The lanai opens onto a nice green space in the back. There’s a busy street nearby, but the traffic noise dies down early, so no trouble sleeping. The location was conveniently central for all our Kaua’i sightseeing. All in all we had a lovely time.

We had a terrific stay! The condo was nicely equipped. We enjoyed the patio with the "jungle" behind it. They provided coffee, bottled water, some snacks and some oils and spices for cooking.The beds were very comfortable, the islander furniture and paintings very nice.There is a beautiful view from the pool area of the ocean. Just across the street is a great beach and some shopping. Dukes restaurant and Portofino's were great. Lihue is a nice location to get to Costco and Target, close to the airport. In minutes you are at Poipu, golfing at Wailua or swimming at Lydgate beach. We would stay here again!

The condo is on the ground floor (no walking upstairs) with 2 lanais. The condo is in a culdesac which makes for a quiet location in the complex. It is centrally located to Nawiliwili Park and Kalapaki Bay - hang out at the beach or contact Kaua’i Beach Boys for a kayak rental, SUP or surfing lessons. Dukes barefoot bar has a beautiful view, gift stores at Anchor Cove, or If looking to squeeze in some gym time, Kaua’i Athletic Club is 2 min. away.
