This villa was perfect for our family. The location was excellent. I was impressed by how clean everything was. We've been staying at various VRBO properties in HHI for 15 years, and this was by far one of our favorites! The bonus room was perfect for my college-aged daughter. I was worried that the pull-out queen listed would be uncomfortable, but it was more of a pull-out memory foam (I think) futon that she said was super comfy! The walk to the beach was easy and not far at all. The beach was not too crowded (mid-August stay). Having beach chairs on the property was a bonus. So was the back patio area. It was nice to be able to rinse off and store our umbrellas and chairs (we did bring some of our own) after the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked, we did not need for anything. And the washer/dryer worked perfectly. The pool was really nice too, not crowded (we were often the only group there) and conveniently located. Seriously, this place is a gem! Don't hesitate to book!

Great Location, Outstanding accommodationsShort walk to beach through brand new park, lots of great bike trails and restaurants nearby. Trail on the South side of the Westin allows for you to ride bike directly out on to the beach without any stairs. Home is in nice neighborhood with plenty of space for the entire family. It feels like it is brand new. Beds are comfortable, and this home had everything you need for a relaxing vacation including outdoor patio furniture, gas grill, and well equipped kitchen. Good communications with host. We will certainly be back when we come to Hilton Head next time.

Beautiful villa! I've stayed in many VRBOs, in US and in Europe, and have never stayed in one so well appointed! The kitchen had everything...air fryer, a great size assortment of cookware, storage containers and dishware! ( lots of wine and cocktail glasses which is always important on vacation!) and everything so tasteful! Top of the line appliances too! There was a great selection of games and puzzles, and TVs and fans in every bedroom and living area!Melanie has excellent taste ... the furniture was lovely and all the bed linens and decor beautifully coordinated! The villa was convenient to everything... easy walk to beach, fun bars, and great community for golf and pickleball which we did! The pool was less than a minute walk from our front door! This property was truly pristine yet very cozy! It was a fabulous week for me and my family!!! And we were made to feel very welcomed by our hosts!
