The beautiful Villa Eris boasts an excellent location in the heart of Puerto del Carmen and impresses guests with its modern decor and private outdoor area. The spacious property consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a washing machine, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. In your private outdoor are you will find a garden, 2 private terraces (open and covered), a pool, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. Spend your days relaxing on the sun loungers and enjoy the quiet location. In the evening, prepare a delicious barbecued meal and eat it on the open terrace with the whole family. Within a 10-minute walk you will reach a selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. The nearest restaurant is located just around the corner, a 1-minute walk away (43 m). A 7-minute walk away the sandy beach of Puerto del Carmen awaits your visit (750 m). Here you can swim in the refreshing sea and sunbathe under the warm, Spanish sun.



Please note from the 1st of Nov to the 30th of April the pool is heated for free, and from the 1st of May to the 31st Oct the pool can be heated on request and for an extra fee.

A wonderful stay great wifi and the smart TV was great for our teenage

Pros: Quick and early check in was available. The villa was very quiet. No problems or issues during our stay . Yolanda was available if needed. Nice pizzeria restaurant around the corner. Cons: Nothing all was great

Pros: The villa had a lovely pool and the host was very friendly. Cons: Wanted to have a BBQ but the grill was dirty after last occupants and couldn’t find anything to clean it. It may have just been an oversight.

Rather disappointing

Just spent a very relaxing 3 weeks at Villa Eris.However….several things disappointed us with the Villa.Sky news was the only British channel on the satellite tv.The very inviting swimming pool,although heated, was still far too cold for us. I did offer to pay to have the heating turned up a little more, but got no response.Non of the internal doors closed properly, causing bedroom and bathroom privacy issues.The main bedroom was damp.We assume that the a/c was coin operated but had no instructions for that, or indeed, for anything else in the property.Also a little updating would be beneficial.We did enjoy our holiday in Puerto Del Carmen and will definitely be back but will not be staying at Villa Eris again

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Eris ist in den Wintermonaten nicht zu empfehlen, da es keine funktionierende Heizung gibt. Wir hatten zusätzliches Pech, da auf von morgens bis zum Spätnachmittag Baulärm herrschte (Hausbau auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite)Zusätzlich funktionierte auch das Internet nicht, so dass wir am 4. Tag in eine andere Unterkunft umzogen.

Amazing Villa

Brilliant 2 bedroom Villa with private pool. Really modern and had everything you need from a self catering point of view. Pool area quiet and not overlooked. Perfect location with shop nearby and a short 5 minute walk to the main strip which has numerous bars/restaurants! Owner Yolanda was perfect host. Very helpful and lives close by should you need her for anything! Will definitely be back in the future!
